Pls Recommend me good software FX with emphasis on quality phasers and flangers (preferably VST based FX).

phasers:
Smart Electronix SupraPhaser - is tha best phaser so far for me: tuneable,many parameters,and if i'm not wrong it's a freeware.[i sometimes don't know exactly what is freeware and what is not ;)]
and misc DX phasers.[e.g. phazor]
flangers: i find the native cubase not so bad...
combined with metalizer
there's phasers and flangers among Fraser's plugins [search www] and MDA plugs.
