For the more chilled side.... Selected Ambient Works Vol. 1 or 2 (2 is more twisted but harder to understand), for the less chilled side (but twisted even more) there's Come to Daddy...
And Drukqs is a brilliant double CD, yet again in a different line (and still exploring new ideas), but wonderful all the same
