Hi all,
Any recommendation on Novation SL MK II? Or automap on cubase 5?
Otherwise I would also appreciate comments regarding m-audio axiom pro.

Novation MK II .... you will love it!!
The Automap is a big bonus!!
Try and get a hands on before you pick it up. It will surely convince you about your decision.
The price difference against Axiom Pro is almost negligible - M-Audio is very respected and you can consider the difference as royalty to them.
Cheers and Good Luck!!

cool! tks for commenting.
the only problem I see between axiom pro 25 and sl mk II 25, is the fact that axiom doesn't bring those faders in version 25 keys.
the prices I found were:
Novation SL MK II 25 - 319 euros
M-audio axiom pro 25 - 245 euros
I'm waiting novation to arrive!

yeah, it's really, how can say?, organic feeling. and the touch sensitive is definitely a plus.
to automap all novation stuff like bass station, for instance, it works great. but for automap all cubase 5 plugins, it brings reference as C#01, 02... which I'm not really used to use. But I think it is a matter of time.
it's a great first midi device to have, in general... even if with those cheap plastic knobs and just bringing one small display.
