well...depends what u r using reason for...
but I would say yes, not that I use reason a lot, and when I use it, I bounce what I've done and put in the sequencer as audio
ur just adding what reason does to the sequencer, i use more like a tool

If you use both than you have more control and more options to work with.
If thats too much then don't bother otherwise its cool.
