Hi there!
here is 6 different Thor bass presets! Maybe you can further tweak them to your liking, i think it is a working bass machine for sure...

But Colin has a point with the muddy mixer in reason.
I will try to rewire to cubase without the mixer and listen...
Also im doing some Vb1 samples, Good for Reason users also... Coming soon

Reason 4 is great but the only way I've found to get a proper polished sound out of it is to never use it's built-in mixer, and to ReWire all the sounds out to Cubase and mix it there. It really comes alive if you do that, plus you can sequence your Reason rack instruments from inside Cubase too, and use the excellent Cubase MIDI editor.
Kudos to people releasing music made using Reason on its own!
At the gym I start every workout with Hornrider and Durka Durka. I honestly think the Durka sample is from an old episode of the sitcom Taxi (which is my favorite show) but I could be wrong.
I've been learning Reason for several years (years ago I complained about not having a good crash and Colin sent me a reason xtc5 crash from the factory sound bank). Yesterday I finally put Record through it's paces and patched my current project in to the SSL style mixer and dumped the 14:2 mixer. It sounds real good and the channel strips are a joy to tweak. I still have to go outside to Cubase to use my plug-ins, but I wouldn't trade Record's rock solid behavior. !0 hours of work yesterday without a single freeze or crash. I'm hoping for some better audio editing tools in the next version release.

I would love to give Record a try, maybe i should download the demo...
propellerhead´s stuff seems very solid coded, Reason never crash for me...
Guess its also because all tools are made for just reason.

Looks like fun.Propellerheads is always such a big fun factor to play with.Recycle & Reason is fun³.Love this ways of making music. All this cool cable routings and soo kind for cpu.
And with the bus station on the outpur interface to steinberg the qualitea should be top - with expirience or some time.
Record seems like a perfect tool to have all posibilites (with reason for instance)to produce good music ,maybe only through Propellerheads.
Thanks for sharing the video.

i mean, i know it probably takes some effort to make this, but it sure is epic

You must try your way forward! its the only way, i cant tell you what do go for...
Stick with reason and learn how to work with it, then its easier to learn new things later on.. im a big fan of cubase, nuendo, samplitude, FL, Reason and for audio editing Adobe audition...

i was being epic, so i downloaded these, bassline "drums" for use in NN-X.
:3
uhm, those are what i use for now at least. anyway. when i first said that i made this superepic bassline i made it by using the subtractor. Trance-Bass. some saw-waveform and so on, i think imma use Thor/Malström for making a "melody
