You could download ESM samples from of SubconciousMind's website, and sample them into reason.

oni,
i used to use Reason bigtime...
and i occasionally still use it because the first synth i ever learned to use was subtraktor.
you can use maelstrom synth to generate formant (vowel) sounds. pretty good for psy.
there is a lot you can do with maelstrom actually.
i've never got a good psy bassline out of reason though so i normally rewire it to ableton or logic and make my bassline/kick there. it might be possible to get a decent bass sound. maybe freeflow is right about Thor.
but the subtraktor is good for that 'stretchy plastic' kind of sound.
just take a saw in subtraktor and use the envelopes/lfos to modulate the filter (on bandpass), and the pitch (more heavily). then you have the classic skreachy sound.
but seriously... i spent weeks trying to get a bassline out of subtraktor... FUTILE.. lol... the filters or something just isnt good enough.
but i got close when i used osc 1 as a saw, and osc 2 as sine; adjust amp envelopes so there is barely any sustain, and very little decay (this is where the problem is, i think filter just isnt fast enough).
even kicks dont come out that well with subtraktor.
but hey... if you make some decent headway let me know... i'd like to hear what kind of tricks you discovered.
