I want to know, how good is this software
before I go and buy it?
Is the interface easy?
New functions?

Its preatty much the same as Reason 1 but with extra features, 1 more Sampler that is really nice and a new Synth better then the old one.
But the design and the effects for example are the same, so the diffrence between the two are the extra features.

Reason 2 is mainly good:
new sampler is very nice sharp sounding machine and fully customizable,
new synth rules the ass too...
mouse wheel support has been added, the sequencer window is now detachable but the sequencer itself still needs heavy improvement to hit cubase
if they would add vsti support and akai formatted disc reader - it would be really brilliant piece of software.
anyways, there is a free downloadable demo version - try it, before you buy it. In total, i would rate it 7 out of 10.

Is it possible to use vst and dx plugs with Reason 2.0?

You are beautiful, no matter what they say! |

All I know that the full software is 3 Cd's:
One CD is the software and 2 more for samples!
I think I will buy it and start working on it,
But I won't stop working on Cubase because
it's a great software for recording! |

have you ever heard of a group from new zealand called 'maetipo pyramid' (very early psytrance, circa 1994-95)? your sound is very similar to theirs in respect to your melodies. distinctive to say the least. i do think that your changes in the track happen a little too often. slow the track down a bit, tighten up the bass, and have more fun with those melodies. you have a knack for them. your rhythms were very weak though. over all good work, can't wait to hear more of your style.
