well i gave it a try...

i love it i can say didnt think i would!

i have some issues tho..

how the hell u select certain parts and copy them? (ctrl + a selects all) i mean like cubase or fl with the mouse?
the mouse sets the loop than selecting the tracks i want!

there is no cut tool besides the selection and cut?

the missing audio editor is pita but edison is working great inside reaper.

it took me 30 minutes to figure out where u set the arrange view snap settings ( 1/16, 1/32 etc..)

it looks like most of the functions are in shortcuts this is good but for a start is kinda flimsy to learn 1000 shortcuts!

all in all its a great app with some functions to be extremely easy to do like automation.

i think im giving it a good try out and if im familiar with the basic workflow ill stick to it cos its a nice app with a good sound to it!           http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

you've probably already figured this out but if you hold down the right mouse button and drag you can select individual parts...           ~Airyck~

Reaper is a cool program, especially for the price ;-)          assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

I think lots of people go around it because its "free" in a way ( dont pay = free ) and thats a shame. Using this on my work and looking forward to trying 3.03 out. Going from crack to legit, try this one first before investing over the double in some other software....unless your deeply in love with your current. I went from SX3 to C5 and that was a huge improvement but still stikin to reaper at work:) Just my 2 cent

3.0.3 has finally a feature requested by many: wet/dry knob for effects like FL.
