nice title of mine huh, see here's the thing, i was working on this very cool intro, one of my best actually and then at 0:59 begins this awesome and smooth dropout and i was thinking like, 'man, i should really drop my k+b combo here, that would really settle things, so i did, then i heard, and heard it, and freakin heard it again, and i began to wonder if maybe, just maybe, i'm becoming tired of the same old intro smooth dropout then comes the kick and the bass crap, so i kept going with my tribal introdutory beat, and worked and worked on it.
So now here's the deal, it goes already for 2 minutes and 12 seconds, which makes me feel like i'm building a psychedelic jungle shit track rather than just an intro.
probably gonna leave it at that for a few days, then get back to it with a more crystal clear approach. thx for listening freaks

i think the intro is amazing, and little long
but your intro telling a story thats really cool.
My opinion is that
you need to remove this break in your track
(min 0:56 - 1:09)
And continue build it up then break boom bassline and kick.
but if you like with the break then, good idea for your intro putting hard guitar in min 1:09 after break

i lke it as it is, why not have a long intro?
i'd maybe add some voice or chants somewhere after the break...
its always nice to have something like this for the beginning of a djset or your live set ...
