I got this email from a friend of mine in the email ,just tought would share here .Maybe some of you also would like to help .
Dear Friends,
As you may or may not know, Matyas Kelemen suffered a severe neck injury last month. After completing work on an Alex Grey event in L.A., while swimming at the beach, Matyas was slammed into the ocean's rocks head on and broke his neck. Thanks to many extraordinary factors, his life was saved and he is now in a neurological rehabilitation center at UCLA Hospital. Being left with limited motor skills in his right hand, working with traditional DJ equipment will be extremely difficult. In order to continue his work as an audio-visual producer and performer, he will require the aid of a touch screen midi interface. We would like to ask for help in the form of a $ donation in order to make it possible for Matyas to continue with his career. We would also like to thank everyone for all the love, energy and support during these hard times.

Here is a little more detail about the above post:
A few people may be thinking why Matyas is not asking for help to pay the hospital bills.
Matyas recovery will cost him a lot of money for many years to come. This fundraise will not help Matyas pay the hospital bill directly but it will help him continue working everyday so that he can pay his debt.
It is much cheaper and possible to just help Matyas buy a touch screen controller than trying to raise funds to help with the hospital bills which are extremely high.
Matyas is a very determined and strong friend and he is not willing to give up on what he does best.

even though i do not know the fellow, i am glad he is alive!! and i pray for a speedy recovery!! i'm poor- like most of my fellow trancers here, so i cannot donate but i will offer advice- don't work, rest that neck dude!
I didn't think psy-trance made any money for anyone anyway- except maybe skazi haha.
If he is truly broke and in a jam;
If he is uninsured, welfare programs can help him pay off the debt if he qualifies(low to no *taxed income)- he just has to apply asap- he can do this online or the hospital can help him apply. This actually worked successfully for me. Also, if he is really broke but does not qualify for welfare- he can beg the hospital to write it off as a loss(sounds far fetched but hospitals must write off some amount of loss a year- this advice was from my grandfather).
