Watch this video. This works with any instrument to make it sound played. I just never thought to use the slicer tool to add groove to the playing but here it is.           http://www.youtube.com/user/trawhi (tutorials)

yeah im not the one who called it a cheat he did its in no way a theory cheat cuz you have to know the theory to make the chords. however it does make for some better piano sequencing.

Its easy to play any scale now with the new keyboard layout system, go to the "typing to keyboard" switch and right click, brings up the option to select scale, set it on blues or make a jazz one and the qwerty keyboard will now only play notes in that scale.

Here are Ahaba Rabba and Bhairav scales.

Yeah, I still love the slicer trick though. Makes me want to use real instruments a lot more and even other instruments to help create my own grooves.           http://www.youtube.com/user/trawhi (tutorials)

yeah, I've been playing with it. works well with hats just drag all the notes to root and it'll groove with your instrument nicely if your cuts are clean and arent too far off to keep a steady rythym.           http://www.youtube.com/user/trawhi (tutorials)

In FL Studio there exist a lazy ass cheating plugin called riff mashine.

Check that out if you are out of inspiration one day or just want to check it out, some cool stuff can be generated I do not recommend using it in a song, but kind of a cool toy some knowledge and inspiration can be attained from:D

Nice video btw

- cheers
