it is just an option, cause its necessary for hardware synth..and so on..
you wont hear a difference between offline and real time..maybe offline bouncing is a little faster..

offline bouncing is faster as well as if your cpu is spiking while you are playing and cubase sounds like it's slowing down, you will not have that same situation when you bounce that particular channel offline.

my computer never exports proper if I don't do real time export. Its slower yes .. but it exports proper. I am using sx3.
