colin i see you are blue coloured ( artist). why dont you show us your own live act instead of commenting which post is senseless and meaningless and whatever.
fact is that you can never know how much percentage of live an act has if you dont look behind their necks in their monitors. only then you know how much is prepared before the act. otherwise you have no clue. it is impossible to know this only by hearing. and why is it so fucking important how much percentage live you are?

I'm not interested in the 'percentage'. I'm interested in honesty.

Not quite sure of the usefulness of videos where the audio wasn't recorded at the time of the performance shown. With all respect to the artists featured in this thread, watching a vid of someone twisting a knob without actually hearing the effect of that tweak doesn't actually prove anything.
yeah. show us finally the monitors. big brother is watching you!:)))))) then we can start a topic where we can put the relations of being live into an excel sheet and THEN see who is how much worth!:))))))))))))

I think these lads would be more suited to play at Wacken Open Air than Vuuv!
I reckon there is a massive opportunity to push some of the more technical metal riffs into the psy scenem kinda like Dark Soho's second album, or with some of the higher BP stuff some of the technical death and blackmetal riff styles... the same old S.u.N Project/Skazi type thrash riffs are so boring, there's a reasonw hy thrash metal has died out even in the metal scene! Coz it's boring!
I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

first thing trash metal is the best , sepultura arise is the most powerfull album ever made. pantera are good competitor.
in terms of power , it not has to be very technical... like the 'dark' basslines etc. only pure power.
3 power chords got their respected place in music history dont diss the power of simplicity.
second thing i do use alot of death technical style riffs too (listen to my track fuck it from the first album thats the main thought behind it)
the tempo is diffrent and i make it with synth sounds , therefor it sounds and feel very diffrent then death..
and third reflections are awsome i saw them live in the 'leagalize weed' day back in 2004 or 5 in park ha yarkon and it was something like "WOWOWOW"
that song is hell cheesy compare to the stuff they played there
