Not sure whether I can make any european festivals this year but to anyone considering it my personal recommendation would be ozora - imho the best psy festival in europe at the moment. Great lineup, less expensive, crowded and scorching/dusty than boom (still pleasantly hot), flawless organisation, beautiful green location with plenty of shade to camp under, diverse crowd and a vibe that cannot be described in words.

It's possible to tag vuuv on right before too and then go by train from berlin to budapest.

Just thought I'd share my thoughts as most trancers I've met in the states seem to think of boom as the holy grail - no doubt it's still a great festival but personally I feel ozora is where it's at at the moment

Trishula (leaving for it right now), Insomnia Birthday, Trimurti, Antaris, Full Moon, Psycrowdelica, and Boom.

Ozora would be nice also

See you there

I'm playing at Rhakti Dei in Belgium July 9th weekend, and I'm also playing at Full Moon Festival too. Not sure what else I'll get up to while I'm in the EU, but we should meet somewheres.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

I'll try, but less likely since Glade got cancelled... I only went through London due to flights and it being cheaper. I honestly am not so big of a fan of that place.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Yeah this would definitely be my top choice if I had the funds! Hopefully there will be more editions in the future

Just curious - do you mean you dislike it as a city or the trance scene there or both?

i went to samothraki in 2003 - looks like the same organisers for Mafia - it was a manic party! however, i notice again that they do not book Israeli artists or DJs - it was the same back then - i wonder if this is a coincidence?           ToO mUcH pReSsUrE oN tHe BrAiN

Well there is currently a huge uproar with rumours that surfaced today about Mafia being cancelled. People's travel agents notified them today that the festy is potentially cancelled (something about not being allowed to use the land in the first place?!).
Nano was meant to give an official statement tonight, but it seems everyone is still waiting with bated breath.
