On September 1, 2005, Propellerhead Software announced that the era of ReBirth had come to end and created the ReBirth Museum to commemorate its history.

I remember the first time I tried it, I was amazed. It was so much better than the other 303 clone that I had at the time, the gb303 (dos emu)
The rb-338 was probably the first thing that convinced me that hardware was not essential anymore.

its still a great fun-machine.
from time to time, when nothing seems to work in cubase, i start rebirth and 10min later music making is again what it should be - fun ! |

I too used Rebirth once... I had a pretty hard time getting my hands on mods for it... Now this seems not to be a problem
