"Rascal's" nightclub in Jersey City,New Jersey is for sale. "Rascals" at 360 Marin Boulevard is two blocks north of the Grove Street PATH Train Station, two blocks west of the Harsimus light rail stop, and just ten blocks south of the Holland Tunnel. It is only 10 minutes drive or PATH train ride from New York City.
