ahh tried that. royal pain in the ass apparently
requires a ton of work and ca$h
possible solution - find a friend in college ->open up a radio club-> have college sponsor the FM frequency-> somehow, make college forget that theyre sponsoring it when the friend graduates |

It's virtually impossible to get an available radio frequency unless you want to broadcast a minority program. Even for that you might not get more than 1 hour of airtime. There are HUNDREDS of internet radio stations. Why more?
Your best bet is to take Psyfi's advice. College radio stations are very liberal with their programmes and you might get a spot. If you do, that would be awesome! I enjoy listening to 89.1 FDU/NYU. Talk to them and we might get lucky |
