Hey...
I listen to iTunes radio
Digitally Imported quite often.
I was wondering do artists get paid royalty or something like that for the plays?
There are no commercials on there so I doubt it because they dont make any money of it.
But is this completely legal?
Its on a well known program.. that you can access this music for free.
Your thoughts???           https://www.djjeto.com

They legally have to pay a fee for royalty.
Large sites will quite surely be doing that.

In most cases trance artists don't see much in the way of royalty money though.
In most countries radio play and big concerts is the only mediums that get accounted for on a track-per-track basis, which means that money from a station like digitally imported mostly pay's money to britney and suchlike.

Needless to say, the big record companies is of course very satisfied with that situation.           (``·.¸(``·.¸(``·.¸¸.·`´)¸.·`´)¸.·`´)
