hello buds, i'm building something here, it's not finished yet, 'cause of lack of time really, but i would love to hear your thoughts about the development, i feel like it's a bit harder than my usual tracks but oh well..

Hey Psyraal,
I think the mix is still not perfect. The highs seem too loud here. They are too much in your face. Pull that back a little and it ll sound better and it is easier to give better feedback after that.
Good luck!

i noticed that now thank you, exported the project with 130% volume, gonna fix that
edit: fixed, although i'm not sure of anything at this point, because i like bright trance tunes with a lot of air, a lot of mid-high energy going and i was trying to achieve that, and maybe failed https://soundcloud.com/neervos

agreed, the bass is really low in volume, and the highs piercing. But the overall sound is good, but needs to be mixed better. for me I only have headphones and this can be tricky, but one thing I found is to lower the volume of everything, then slowly raise each thing one by one (usually start w/ kick then bass) and then things naturally fall into place.

Put a freq analyzer on the master and compare your results to that of other released tracks that you think are really good. You'll see and hear the difference. Trust your ears and not your eyes. But the freq analyzer can give you an idea of what I mean.

Nice start But as the gentleman's already have said - Down area must be much more tangible , Live , And here .. , So this is not only about an right vol , Your bass need more 'Power on' With an outside element's and tool's but the vst himself .
You should bring the deepness you are feel inside of you and 'See' into your music story . Make it happen ..

i'll make sure this tune gets wat it needs, worked on the bass, 'unleashed the fucking beast' would be an appropriate expression. i'm currently working on my percussion, trying to bring out the darkish tribal tone, working on my lead bits as well, having more control of it as it was a 1/8 lfo trigging the 2nd filter freq. on predator, instead of being 'random' it's now under my control, which gives me room to make it so much more appealing.
