Just got the new Röyksopp cd "The understanding".

This is very different to the last album (more clubby pop/cheesy vocal than chillout) and i've got to be honest and say i was disappointed on my first listen - but its a 'grower'! Some very nice tracks - especially the new single 'Only this Moment'.
Something i noticed about this album is that considering this is a fairly 'mainstream' outfit - there are very strong psy influences on some of the tracks!
A real surprise this one. Still good but definitely not 'Melody AM 2'.

The New Albums is fantatic i think much better than the first one
specially looking forward to the single "only this Moment" aswell
specially like 49% and Only this Moment are very good |

They produced the norweigan pop girl called ANI or ANA or something like that (norway dudes enlight please) so i guess we will be hearing some pop influenced stuff @ röyksopp_2
