It is to produce electronic music. I work with Studio One and I have a UAD2-Solo card.
What's the best choice for my studio. I hope that will help me.

Hugs to all

not really on topic, but i would not buy a firewire card anymore, usb works as good, and every laptop ( most a pc/win user argument, but when selling the card relevant)

That's the one I have and use in the studio and when I play live. Does all I want it to, has a loud output, so you don't have to use the DJ mixer's input gain to crank things up and is firewire powered by my MacBook Pro, so no extra plugs needed on stage for the soundcard.

Have had it for years and have played with it in sweaty clubs and outdoor dust rilled festivals. It still works like it did on day one *knock on wood*.

First of all thankz for the reply.
I dont see important if it has firewire or usb, only thing it matter is if it good or not
Off course if you have a firewire desktop and laptop u will buy a firewire soundcard. So this is why i want buy a firewire soundcard.

Btw, yah focusrite saffire is a very good audiointerface, stable with clean sound. I work with this one in 2007 and i like a lot.

Now I wonder if someone already worked with Presonus soundcard..
I read and i heard good things about this little toy too.

I feel the Prosonus is built only for studio use. Would not trust it onstage, clock drops with the smallest electric surge. Focusrite Saffire on the other hand is used by many musicians for live gigs, have heard good things but never used one.

I use a Firestudio Tube in the studio. It has its pros and cons like every other one. Weigh those and then go for it.
