Im making some corrections on an old track and is wondering if this triplet break works. Or if it takes away to much energy.

Also i would like to ask you how the kick n base are allright.

bass has way many sub freqs to my ear.
if the triplets work it is hard to say without hearing the context. in this piece they are ok.
