hi
i guess this is an old trick but a nice one to master.
i'll give two examples on how to make a decent psykick in FL STUDIO.
both examples are usable with the standard kick FL Studio suggests when you create a new project
FIRST METHOD:
use the POGO button to change the kick until it sounds suitable for psytrance.
SECOND METHOD:
go to the pitch envelope and use a setting similar to: every parameter should be off and decay set to 1 step.
use the pitch envelope amount (positive values) and play with the decay and other parameters until it sounds right
you'll in some case still need to use compression and EQ to make the kick good enough depending on the bassline.
sometimes i also use the filter resonance setting to enhance the click.
done!
hope it was usefull

opti: i might make some kicks an upload them uncompressed and raw just for example of this methods
akuma: i dont like to use bass bosts because you cant control the lenght/envelope of the FX enough for it to be usable in 16ths notes, same for chourus, it's just a fast delay
