1) Why the hell the limiter in Logic don't limit the sound (if u put it loud it clips)????
2) Is it possible to hear a sound cliping distortion without the sound touches the "red" in the mixer??? (i think im hearing some distortion in my sound but i've never let it clips in the mixer)

1) because it limits to the limit u say it. if this limit is above than your mixer's ability, then it will clip.
2) it is possible, if you feed the clipping source into a BUS, and then limit the bus's volume:
the bus already has distorted source.
maybe there's other way to get distorted sound..
play with the faders.

1) But my mixer is inside Logic......and my limit number is -0,5 (and the volume goes and clips very higher than that)......it only stops clipping if i lower the volume (so the limiter is useless)

check the channel u put the limiter on, make sure it's at 0dB or less and not above.

listen, i suspect [hope i am right] u use limiter as a "send" effect, and this is not a good idea.
you should use it as "insert" effect.
difference: if it is a send effect, no matter how you mix the signal in the effect, the output is summed with the original=> limiter has no use of this.
and if i am wrong - then this limiter doesn't work properly [ a real limiter works on bounded signals - if u exceed the limit, the transistors go into saturation=> u get distortion anyway, but from a soft. limiter i would expect something else]
