thanks,im going to delete my midi channels then and use only audio tracks. any tips on vsts for doing kicks or drums? I really want to start a track on my own with few helps/samples as possible from cubaseguru tutorial

keep your bassline in midi, you probably want to adjust it later.

What's the difference beteween instrument track and midi track?

Because I made my bass in a instrument track

for sampling id suggest battery vst...

vipal meant that you shouldnt bounce your bass to audio because you cant adjust it later then. or you can bounce it and keep your synth settings in your project, so that you can go back if you have to.

instrument track has only one stereo output which in midi track that's not the case if u use battery as instrument channel u will be able to use only one stereo output which is not the case if u use it as midi because u can use as much stereo outputs 6/7 i don't remember actually

this is a great video and teaches a full track of production. It's a full on track but you can get the idea from it and take it where you like.

There is a book available called CuBase Ignite that you can find and purchase online that teaches all the basics of the software.
