What are effects for the masterings?
bass -> quadrafuzz
drums -> reverb but what plug-in is better
synths -> eq and comp what eq and comp plug ins are the ones
What's the difference between send effect and insert effect?
How do you use the panorama the pan, your structure.

well mate about your questions, lets see where i can help u
1º a send effect is a effect that u can send it to diferente channels (the same effect), usualy(comon) the most used is reverb since its the most cpu consumer
2º synths comon plug ins? everything that sounds good to u.EQ ?the cubase EQ´s ,or the URS pack
3ºdrums reverb? the one u have access to , and try to get the best sound of it

about the pan ? well try to put the sounds that have the same Frequencie(or EQ) to diferente right left sides |

well... i'll try mine :
first, i render kick-bass, i put the quadrafuzz in the insert with the "hard-bass-drive" preset.
then i create a group channel where i link the drums and the kick bass in.
i side chain the drums and the kick-bass to get a better snare pulse.
i pan thins group on the hard left to listen better the synths on the right channel.
eq for the synth, i highcut over 400Hz, because i like bass frequencies.
the difference between inserts and sends ??
no idea... when i want to put an fx, i decide to listen a skazi track because it's too complicated.
hmm, ok.. seriously ? .. "inserts" send the sound to the fx, and "sends" insert any fx of your plugin bank.
and i set pan more to the right coz my right ear is a bit damaged.. so this way i believe the sound is in the middle...
hmm.. ok, sorry .. sometimes i feel like saying some bulls*its ..
