Question regarding using naughty samples

Say I have made a bootleg using samples of a really big pop tune (like one of the biggest pop tunes ever) and I include it as a bonus track in my album without naming anything, just an extra tune a good few minutes after the last tune on the album. Am I gonna get nicked?

Obviously I should be stoned to death by the spiritual leaders of the scene for attempting to make psychedelic trance, using pop samples....but its one of my all time favourite tunes that I listened to on repeat when I was really young and was playing my older sister's vinyl when she was away.

Its been done before, obviously The Prodigy mix was all over the place years ago and there were a few other breakbeat bootlegs long time ago. But I always wanted to do a trance bootleg. I am only using 2 bars of the nice arped guitar, and off note synth anyway. Found a really nice C# scale for the bassline as well.
The bitch about it was that the instruments were obviously perfomed live, so simply moving the transient at the start of each region, sample tight, the performance of the instruments between them at the points where there are no vox in the mix, were not extremely tight, but it has THE best clap sound in the history of recording, so its all good

I think its cool to show in a proper way a sample that means alot for the producer.In psytrance genre Ill do the same but I wont create covers in any music at all but thats only a personal program from back in da days.
I like the micheals voice before thriller actually more jackson 5 was great.I love to sample.When its proper done there cant be enuff of them.For me.
