people if i buy from loopmasters.com vocal pack
now the question is, if i put the vocal in my track and i release the track,(CD) that's legal?

what you cannot do, atleast officialy, is to copy your cd and resell. You won't be allowed sell your cd that you've bought on ebay for example. If you do so, they will email you a warning.
You can release what you want if you are the owner and producer of the track that contains their samples. Guys who wanted to sell their cd's on ebay got problems with them.
