Compression is not the way.
In your Amp ADSR envelope:
Attack - very short
Sustain - zero
Adjust the Decay so that the note fades out the way you want it to.

Post of the week.

The only bass synth I know of without an amplifier is VB-1, and this automatically decays away when you hold a key down.          Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

well sorry I was a little bit inprecise I guess . I used audiorealism bassline . Here you dont have an Amplifier containing adsr but Decay and EnvMod with which I couldnt achieve the effect I was looking for as said in my first post . That s why I was asking for a small effect plug in with which you can tune only the Amplitude Envelope adsr because I wanted to give it a try if it works better . So I am not looking for a synth that has an Amplifier !! I hope somebody might have a usefull suggestion this time !!!

Also if I would have asked for a synth that has an amplifier you could have told me almost all synths have one and that I must be wrong with the way I am asking . I always thought the purpose of a forum was to help , maybe also people who are just starting to make music ore try to .
Well but obviously it s just too funny

The Audirealism Bassline has an amp (in the way that the VB-1 doesn't), it just has preset settings that are designed to match those of the TB303 analog bass sequencer. What you are trying to do is beyond the things that that synth was designed to do, so if you need the note to fade out as you hold the key down you will either need to use a different synth (one with an ADSR envelope on the amplifier section) or bounce your riff down to audio, chop it up, and fade out the bits that need it.
