Do you guys use triplet time settings on delays while on a 4/4 rythm? Say for example 1/4T or 1/8T

I can't decide if it sounds good or not...

Have a nice weekend.

I don't personally for trance, but in downtempo or dubby stuff, definitely.

I think it actually sounds great when it's on the only tight-enveloped sound playing - i.e. during a breakdown, a bunch of warped, evolving pads surrounding a tight arpeggio with a 1/8T delay on it can sound really cool.

The effect when the beat drops back fully is like switching from triplet bass to 1/16 again, it's pretty cool.           Dance, even if you have nowhere to do it but your living room. ~Kurt Vonnegut
