Question about Mp3 tracks on our website

we are launching a Dj Crew website.....
we have an audio player on the site...
the audio player is simply for us to upload tracks by various known artists for people's listening pleasure. We have nothing to do with the production / distribution / etc.. of those tracks.... just wanna put them there so that people can get an idea of our musical tastes etc....
do you think this is ok? to have tracks on our website (not for download) that we have not produced etc...?

hmmmm. uploading a demo set
ya I've thought of that... only thing is that the time it will take to buffer will be quite long....
when i put tracks... within 10 seconds you can start hearing....
lets see though, there might be a way i can have it programmed so that after part of it is buffered is starts playing (while the rest is buffering)
