Question about design/deco costs in Europe

Hello people i need your help!
Can you tell me from your experiences, how much costs if you need
-flyer design
(not a 'free' psychedelic background from google behind the party info)
-vj set
-backdrop hire
(only fluo backdrops, not stretch art or other constructions)

You plan based on what you select as an organiser, then you adjust cost based on your venue, not some blank market rate from the internet.
Maybe the answer should have been this:
Pay nothing, tell the artists they'll get exposure for their artwork and talent. If they complain give them
+1 entry, one free beer + 2 free waters.

but I'll balance that dose of cynicism for today and give some rates too... very basic, but keeping artists who do original work in mind.
- flyer design - 100-200 euro
- vj set - 30-60 euro per hour
- backdrop hire (original work) : 500-800 euro for 6-12 backdrops depending on size + setup + takedown.
not including required projectors, trusses and rigs.

VJ rate is a little low actually, but still lot more than what I'm getting paid to VJ next weekend at one of the biggest clubs in the country. Hence the cynicism.
