well from the lack of response I'm guessing...
he is either:
kidnapped by aliens 
DEAD 
found religion 
beingheld by a savage bondage master or mistress
or more likely got a realy job and settled down 
but if he did return it would be very nice because hsi music ROXOR MY SOXOR!

He could also be focusing on work with Dylalien as Fractal Cowboys, though I havent seen any posts about gigs theyre playing... Ive seen Dylan's name on flyers and such but not Quasars... He's gotta be around, I bet hes gonna come out and blow all our pants off (on the dancefloor no less) with new work. Then we can all dance floppily with the nether regions for all to see...

most probably must be busy moulding yet another alien into a producer who will in all probability come and blow our minds again.
