Quality of music on web sites

I wonder if anyone got some tips for sites like myspace... The quality of my tracks becomes almost unbearable when I upload to the site...
Normally I render in 160Kbit at 24Bit with dithering...

don't worry about the quality on myspace. myspace is always 96kbits. make sure you have good mix and mastering and it will sound fine on myspace. the composition (beats and melodies) is 1000x more significant, and plays a much bigger part in catching listeners ears.

Agree as well. But if you really want better bitrate, insert one of those fancy looking mp3 players from around the web, and host the file on your own server if you got one, then 320 kbits is no problem. But it's not so good for users with slow internet tho.
