Have you tried it?
Do you do it on a regular basis,
how do you make it a routine in your daily life...

I am a new student in this area and i am really hooked, but i have a long way to go still, but i plan to make it a habit!

Feel free to discuss

I have some for years I mean have tried it and it can be very relaxing but takes time to learn how to flow in oneness but I haven't touched them now for years again ,too many things that take time for me also meditation is my way.
But I like Qi Gong definetely.           https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

I have tried it for a while, but I liked more the traditional more contemplative and deep style that the more common modern version which is more fluid.           "The dedication to repetition — the search for nirvana in a single held tone or an endlessly cycling rhythm — is one of electronic music's noblest gestures."
