Without universities there would be almost no free parties in Athens, so let us all enjoy what we have, embrace and help those efforts and always protect the asylum (they are trying to abolish it you know) and the people who gather to party (respect each other and defend others who are in need). It is totally wrong to do this for fame or money but I don't think that's the case here and in general with people organising free parties.

I have the feeling that some people are really bothered over here!
I would like to mention one thing. This scene have started by small free parties (we all know where that happent). Although the DJs performing there (India) where international, most of the times were unknown that they just wanted to have some fun!
Having free parties is something really great! In the northern europe apart some small gatherings in the woods you will not easyly find FREE parties with 4000 ppl.
Therefore, whoever is bothered by those parties, and argues that cares for the scene and not for his own business, should change strategy! Should change job! or to INNOVATE and find new ways to attract people to the events that organises.

admission was given many days ago for this Saturday night 
so narcosis,
what s the problem you talk about and if it exists so, why did you (with your team) make parties in the same university and other universities 
why you think we are less responsible and respectfull than the team of yours or other teams organizing parties there?
do you know us at all and i don t know it?
if i was on your situation (that means: have organized some parties like this we ll make) i ll have tried to give some friendly advices to the "newcomers", who make party for first time in there, and guide them positively.
You have to support new teams if you really love psychedelic and you look for its spreading.

anyway,
we ve done everything proper and we are going to make an underground party as WE want to organize it.
p.s. s ayto to topic ftasame na eksigoume ta aytonoita!! |

And man i give some advises to your friend... and you even dont ask an advise. and about my team we do parties in the university more than 4 years... Just gia tin party mas... the forum and the other people know only 2-3 of them... if you want to do a party for you party send pms respect

which of my friends do you mean? if you mean a man called loopplayer i have to inform you that he does not take any part in the organizing of the party.
when i say that we have not a founded a team till now and that we are organizing this "gia thn party mas" i mean with simple words that: we do not care if the party will be crowded or not and we do not care about profit.
we are going to set music we like and attend and just cover (from the drinks) ta eksoda mas. |

hey hey guys...Relax...Alkis my friend....This is the first party they make...If they think are enough responsible to do a free open air party in university...then...i am with them mate...Nowadays...only free parties can keep psymusic high...So,...these guys try to make smthng that we like....we must support them!!!Good Luck Guys!!!!I ll try to come!!(i am burning in fever now...)

thank you for your kind and supportive prothesis and words.
as a "team" this is the first party we organize, but the others had some experience
especially Pantelis (boingVboing) has great experience in parties.
He has set in many coutries and many excellent parties (usually prive but in clubs too) here in greece. |

now i think it's my turn....as an old fan-supporter of this music genre i own an opinion.When psy-trance revealed to Greece revealed not from clubs,not from labels,not from big promoters..it was revealed by music lovers who had no connection about music but only love.Partys were taken place to everywhere among mountains,rivers,warehouses and of course universities...Students were the persons who spred the goa sound to every corner of Greece...So not long time after these days,the party organisers saw that a very good profit took off from their hands!!...what could they do to earn this profit?....simply commercialising the scene....with the help of police they destroyed our free partys in the name of drugs!!.....mana raver was the number 1 person in the TV!!....So people were discouraged from organising free parties and the era of club party for psy-trance started....With this short story i want to tell you (the new one goa trancers) that free parties are the 'faia ousia' of our music and EVERY kind of music on this earth...if you don't believe me then ask Johny Sin,Yiannis Megas,Gregory Staikos ....find the first Lemon magazines and see where we organised our parties and with which ways.......and try to find the letter that was sent by the organisers of a party on Euvoia(mount Dirfi) to newspaper 'Eleftherotipia' concerning who crashed their party ...universities are not only for boring lessons without meaning.....the meaning for university is to teach people to express themselves....if anyone has problem with that it's because 1.he loses money 2.he knows nothing about psy trance........peace to every1 |

I think this is exactly the problem the police killed the scene in Athens transforming it in to a kindergarden (pediki xara)
There are no events in athens anymore. The cops wanted these people hiding themselfs in "asylums" as if they are criminals and they acheved it
We want :alsos, varipompi, loft, nr 6, cyber funk.We need free universitiy parties and
we want samothraki back now!
