Try using a gate that might get rid of the click, but keep the transient.
Other than that, the most surgical way of doing it, is record the synth part, chop the audio region into pieces and move the start point of the region right after the initial click and right before the transient (you'll see it).
That is what I do when I make kick drums with my analog synths in order to keep the high frequency content of the initial transient, but lose the click from the ultra fast attack of the envelope.

that's how _analog_ oscillators behave. if you trigger a note, you don't know where in the waveform the oscillator is at the moment. as an advantage, this gives some "life" into your patch. (well, in your case it annoys you )
ok, virtual analog synthesizers sometimes try to simulate this behaviour and make their (digital) oscillators start at a random position in the cycle.
if you own a virus, you can set the phase init to a fixed value (e.g. the start at zero) which solves your problem. probably other synths also offer this option?
