Pulsar XTC , help please :(

well i have pulsar XTC , but its allways doing me this problem:
when i use the XTC plugins in a track its ok ,and it works but when i close the project and loading it again the effects are not doing anything,they seem like they're on, but its not effecting the channel,and from that point in the same project i cant even add new XTC plugins cause it wont do anything .
any idea what causes it?

make sure that the BYPASS button isn't on...
a little speaker with a strike over it.....
but that doesn't seem to be the problem...
please explain how do you apply the plugins on the track?

its not the bypass , i just put them regulary in the inserts , if iput more than one XTC effects i put the MultiFX and in there i put all the plugins that i want to...

it sounds like.......... SFP plguins as vst instruments???????
never heard of it..
anyways scope plugins are known to me as
very problematic sometimes...
what i do is i close the program and open again.. never found a solution for this
