I really must register my absolute DISGUST at how you people have spoiled the Trance Art forum
Especially Galactic Monkey calling Juan a 'prick' several times. Grow up and keep your shit off public forums
And Jan - I thought you were better than to join in
This is an ART forum - not one where we want to see your petty disputes - and certainly not one where we want to see some fake gigolo site created by a member for 'fun'
How do you know if Juan hasn't had personal problems recently before you decide to exacerbate the problem? And then twist the knife - very PLUR of you
You all should be ashamed of yourselves - even you Tim (Sensient) - all of you - grow a pair and sort this out in private |

Well to their defence they waited a long time, this was not done just after a few days without communication.
So its natural that they get abit pissed. If you pay for something and have an agreement, you think the other party is professional. When not, its good that we get this information and not more people get into a mess of a situation.

I agree here theres no excuse by how the things dindt or did "evolve" from my side.
But putting my silence away from the dispute plot i just want to add that more than bad words is the intention that i have and we will be doing more than u guys wasting ur energy here on me. i want to move foward.
As a sugestion dont even spend or waste your ppl energy on me, i think u are so sure i dont worth it. so be straight with ur thoughs speak the necesary and foruntly we will finish this very soon.
Iam still expecting others pending job owners to see if the claim for the money or the product itself at the end.

no other way to get in contact with juan than writing here... as said before, he blocked every private communication and is still doing by telling not to talk to him... imo, if someone spoiled the art forum, it was the actions he did until now since he began to just vanish from ppl the time they have sent money upfront...
and nortynorty - i think we dont know each other, so you cant judge on me if i am better or not... i went over my posts in this thread, there is nothing harm- or disrespectful against overhuman, i am just asking for my money and to keep my dates private... am out of this now and am waiting for the 30th this month...

EXCUSE ME?? Mate, i assure you i did try to resolve this in private...for about 3 months!!! Sent many emails with no response, so as a last resort i went on here to find out if there was some information. I havent taken part in any of the argument here since then. And im glad i did make the post, cause finally i have a hope of it getting resolved. So no, im not ashamed of myself!!
but i agree, some (most) of the stuff since my post could have been kept private. The intention of the orignal post was to find any information on Juan, as i was getting desperate. Now he has gotten in touch, and personally i believe that he has the intention to fix things, im willing to give him a 2nd chance...

No its defently not ok. Iam stil waiting for ur details to hopefully sent u the money as well the same 30th.
And just for finsh i still remind the list of the jobs that i will show the advance this wekeend , if i dont have an answer of claiming the money back this next days, i will take it as a go for the pending jobs and satrt rolling the process of creation.

OK As i promised I am here today Sunday writing on the post again about the pending jobs that I listed the week that just passed, and making them public for all the ppl. So in that way all can consider my honorability and responsibility to fix the stuff.
To the point>
IGNITION > Since I have become a little more minimal into the design your website did a 360 degrees change , in order to apply in a concrete form what u want to communicate , there’s still missing a lot but it’s a start all sections have been listed and ready to continue designing them , till now the only section almost done is home which I have to exchange to profile one. Animation > mmm missing a lot too. But this can be rapidly fix till we continue advancing. Music are not set yet etc etc. what most important was and hard was to start with a nice and understandable layout.

MATERIA RECORDS> I had send a personal email to ciro with some proposals to his economic investment .
ZENON RECORDS > I didn’t want to pretend copying the style of SMALL TALK V/A that I did for youa few months ago, but to apply it cause I thought was a neat beautiful style that u and I did like so much , I agreed and think this plastic metallic image goes just perfectly with the minimalist stuff ur label do.
I know is only the first layout but if I wanted to make sure of my way and concept that I propose u I wanted to make a layout so we can discus it first and then start the process of programming it in flash . I also have emailed you some sheets that will explain better the layout.of how it will work.

In order to continue the work together of all the pending jobs u will probably see there’s not much advance but in a honest way is not easy to manage 3 or 4 websites at same time and advance a lot in each one. i know I did this to my own self , but I'am still fighting against time to finish the jobs
I remerb that I have my own regular job so only chance I had to advance was this weekend and so it goes to next one. so I remind to the listed and again inform publically the next weekend, and money the reclaimers already spoked.
