who needs the finland ambassedor!?!?
those guys r doing this job with style!
the party was 10 mins from where we live,10 mins from ra'anana so it was very nice to be close for a change... we didnt know what to expect cause really, we didnt had a clue about those finnish sounds, except Texas Faggot but i dont think u can take them seriously so we wanted to hear something new, something different so we tried it...
the place was a real treat - a good flat ground sorounded by lots of pekan trees and acalyptus, so no worries from the sun.
the deco was also quite good and also the sound (viking audio aye? ) , when we arrived,at 2:30, the ground was quite empty
and some dj played but after 10 min alex went on - boy ! it was weired at the start
he played some nice electronic tunes but i cant call it trance so it was different...
btw, i thought most of the time that alex is squaremeat, but i was wrong...
and after half an hour, he suddenly pressed the gas - what the hell was he thinking!?!?!?
and started to bomb the place with really hyper bpm killers. the music was mostly new for me, i had to get used to that but i did.
from time to time he gave us a few moments of rest in his set but at about 4 am he started to be really fast putting some really classics - including gama goblins (the original) and some other simon track (i cant remember the name of it! bugger! ) and also double dragon
anyway - it was a real treat for me and my buddy freakazoid he kept on playing, kept on playing, he didnt want to stop... i got to tell u alex - u were great, a real performer - dancing like crazy there and lighting the crowd thumbs up!
the crowd was quite good, not alot of him, but quite good. the interesting thing was that the party was almost drugless, just pure people dancing like crazy to the finnish psycho psy style that was nice was a change...
than at 6 am Squaremeat went on but we lost all our power by alex, ur the blame alex ! so after hearing the start of the finn set - which was also a bomber, really high bpm, we went home...
i had fun there, it was really a good change in the music for me but i liked it its good to be in a party without gms tracks from time to time u know
thumbs up for the production PsyZion
and cya

Really nice one by Psychedelic Zion. As Gonzo described, it was a flat piece of land surrounded by pekan trees. Deco Imo was fantastic (mushrooms, dragons, bugs, strings...), and the sound system was decent. Arrived around 2:45, after short drive. The place was abit empty, maybe 60 people, but it gradually filled up, and the crowd reached about 120-130 people. At night the crowd was ok, some faces here & there, but in the morning the crowd was really nice, full of smiling people.

Anyway, when i arrived Alex had just started his set. Lots of finnish music, lots of break-beats, and lots of old-GoaVibes. The BPM was high & the music was pounding. At times the music was abit to melodic for me, but once i got into the right state of mind, i was flying! Around 06:00 squarmeat came up (tall blonde dude). his set
wasn't as energetic as alex's set, but it kept me bouncing for another 1.5 hours. Music was finnish, but not to crazy, slightly monotonic but pumping. The only shame was, that by the time squrmeat started, the dancefloor had emptied out, and by 07:00 the dancefloor was almost empty...

Besides that, two thumbs up for the free chocolate balls in the morning!

Overall, really nice party, freindly people, wicked music & good vibes. Thank U PsyZion Crew           MiniMAL cabron...

what free chocolate balls? damn!! we missed it? i could've used a little sugar in my blood steram after this night
i can say gonzo described most of what i have to say, alex killed us and as it seemed most of the crowd by the time squaremeat came on, 3 and a half hour set, good job man, you sure have energy.
i must say that this party was a really new thing for me like gonzo from all aspects, very nice deco, not many people, but all the people there seemed to know what they came for and that's the new thing for me, they all came for the music which they apparently knew. i couldn't recognise maybe more than two people who were on something, and i smelled ganja in the air only once and that was when we came. it really is a nice change, to see people enjoying a party without being wasted on this or other. and one other thing in favor of this crew, the low entrance cost, thumbs up! it's ben a while since the last time a party cost me 60 nis and if you include the fact it was close to home, a lot more was saved on gas money too
only problem at this party was that maybe it was too small a party and there were hardly any girls there (except for the production crew team).
other prob was that damn it's hard to understand this weird fin style, you really can't know what'll hit you a second later.
way to go psy-zion may the force be with you and all your parties be as cool as this one (and so close to home )

Gilad: there's a difference between listening to this music at home and dancing to it at a party. While most of this stuff is something that I can't kick back, sit down and listen to... the insanely high energy levels work wonders on the dancefloor.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
