very interesting, i like the idea! also just a few ideas/opinions:
Under West Coast you should def mention Psycircle (based in San Diego, resident artists include Arahat, Bodhissatva 13:20, Mubali and others) they regularly throw some killa parties in the Mojave Desert easily accessible to LA and San Diego folks. Also Psytribe does not really focus on darker shades of psy, they actually have an equal amount of all types of psy. If anything the boys at Psycircle focus on the the more twisted shades of psytrance 
Also you should mention the Xexify crew who have also been putting on events in SOuthern California. Lots of crews in California

lol i never even knew that hallucinogen and infected live in LA! not that I really care to see them, but interesting nonetheless
