Check out Dark Soho's 'Combustion'.
You might also want to give a listen to Velvet Acid Christ's "Hex Angel", it's not classified as psy but alot of the tracks are old schooly goa trance with indus vocals layed on top.
...although I woudn't say those vocals are 'scary', but they create a gloomy ambience.
If you want really distrubing and distorted vocals, check out Aphex Twins' "Come to Daddy" track
