I've heard so many things about how psytrance really evolved to what it is today.

Jeezus, how about just read all the existing threads here!
Here, I'll tell one story. Once upon a time there was a fellow by the name of Jacynth (easier to spell than you think!) He was polite and easily disturbed at the same.
There, that's one story how psytrance evolved.

ONce opon time there was this blue forum where isratrancers posted happily and everybody was so plur but then fullon became cheese and everybody liked 666bpm satanic forest darkpsytrance trrr trrr music instead and nothing was psychedelic but what you want to be and then everybody wanted to be troll in forum to be popular like pavel and jacynth becase no one has real life and are just junky raver kids who like to do illegal activities like drugs but disliked illegal softwarez because if you dont buy vsts you bad person who hate japan and the jews. Also many closed mind people like me wanted to believe in hocus pocus but very scientific and knowledgable israguys (who are not really from israel where producers are more killer than europe) that study rocks and fractal cosmic octaves and water crystals that are not really crystals went into eternal debate where long posts bored jacynth and then turned into lolpictures by very intelligent label owners and experienced not jaded guys who are level 80 psytrancers and are beyond psychedelics and mundane stuff but like to attack funny gurls from germany that post too much.
Forum was much fun but eventoally hard times come and we must be strong. Thnx.
One time i also has seen gurl on dancefloor got naked run around screaming "i will never be the same" then security came with blanket and took her away... to much lsd and psychedelic house, true story.

I remember being at a festival last summer, and I walked into a chillout tent and saw this dude take a MASSIVE line of K
Like super massive, I just thought to myself...that dude is gonna be WACKED
An indeterminate amount of time later, I see him on the main dance floor SCREAMING into the speaker from point blank range
Another indeterminate amount of time later, I see him on the dancefloor just standing very still and calm, but there's something I just can't place..
what is it?
Why does he look so strange?
Oh, that's right. He's completely naked. Apparently he "needed to be free" o.O

Once there were gatherings/parties where people who preferred to take psychedelics and be groovey to each other, got together to dance the day and night away...
It was most excellent. 
After some time the number of people on psychedelics found themselves outnumbered by those who weren't, and things changed.
