There is not such thing psytrance snare or vocal. snare is a snare and vocal is vocal. For vocals i would cut a cool sentence from a movie, because many use the vocals from vengeance

make your own samples using this method

and watch some movies for good voice samples

and dont use anything from fear and lothing in las vegas

Old movies is the best place to get vox samples
