Ektoplazm has a donation system but it doesn't goto the labels as far as I know. Maybe that's what's being planned for the Metamorphosis project ? Just a wild guess.
Closest thing right now is Bandcamp, since you can put your music out there for any amount, including 0.
There are always artists out there who have a donation system setup on their own websites.
Labels however, not sure of any, it would be a good move, that would work well if established labels with a fanbase took their head out out Beatports behind and got with the program.
This is one good one but it looks like they moved away from trance and are focusing on bass now. still psychedelic though ...
