Cause if not ill open a buisness...
I think it will be cool to get a shiny psychadelic mag once a month in the mail...
Im sure it will help everyone: labels and artist to premote cd's and make a better livin... the trancers - can read articels ,artists profiles, artisits top ten , party reviews(Exepet the awosme one over here) new cd's and comiles rewies , pictures from partys , trance art and more....
what do u think?

Its not about the money at all, Im quite sure you cant make a good money out of that...
I just think that a national mag only for psytrance will be a good stuff for the industry and for the trance lovers too.
oh and by the way - Isratrance you cant put in your bag....... (-;

well Bazzara if u plan to come out with a NATIONAL magazine for psytrance u better be in a country where psy is big like israel....
otherwise u should do it on an international scale.(which involoves a lot of logistics and pain- for eg. language,distribution,pricing,printing ans shit like that......)
well if u wanna start a business on an interantional scale and not be in it for the money then u are the type of guy which is good for the psy scene.who wants to support it....and u have my respect
but being realistic how long will u keep pumping in ure money to sustian ure the mag if u donot want to profit from it??? (unless ure really loaded)
anyways go ahead with ure venture and hope ure successful

Psytrance Magazines I know about..
Shangri-la-la: Based in the UK, but with an international focus. It comes out.. I don't know, maybe once every couple of months? Free.
Mushroom Magazine: Based in Germany, and focusing mainly on the German psy scene (as is in German). Comes out monthly, I think, and is free.
Mushroom Magazine International: From the same crew as the Mushroom Magazine, but this one is in English and focusing more on the international scene. Comes out four times a year, and costs about 1 USD.
Trancers Guide to the Galaxy: Also from the Mushroom crew, this one is a basic round-up of all of the active psytrance countries in the world, and gives a summary of activities there over the year. Comes out yearly, in English, and costs about 1 USD.
These are the ones I'm aware of that are active, and are available in a hard-copy form (ie, not downloadable/web-based). |
