Psytrance in USA?

i recently moved from israel to new york..and the thing i knew would suck the most is how trance is hardly known here as a music genre,not to talk about parties.
but since im sure there are still some parties out there...i would love for some of you to let me know about any parties,productions,lables,artists,in the united states.

.. I think he's just amazed at how invisible psytrance is in the US due to the saturation of popular ( shit ) music, vs how popular psychedelic trance music is in Israel ,.. to include tons of trance clubs, radio stations and tons of outdoor events etc ..
but NYC seems the place to be for a healthy active trance community in the US ~

And of course, there are Psytrance labels releasing amazing artists, local and international, one of the
freshest labels is located in NJ, 3 hours away from NYC "Warp Brain Records".

Well...after i posted this thread i ran across "orb festival" nature (?) party in uptown new york.
the reason i posted this was because after searching the net and trying to ask some good friends that have traveled to new york about parties,i got hardly any results..
i see most of the psy music here is more like mainstream full-on or techno\tech trance.
thats not realy what i'm looking for..
not that i'm actualy expecting any soumi or goa in mass quantities (a shame in my opinion)...but even some nice full-on or even dark..but it has to be psy.
also favorably outdoors? |

yeah -- if you are looking for outdoor festivals with music specifically not mainstream full-on, US might be ideal for you! but it will take a bit of traveling...
