question 2 is a bit out of date or should atleast have a "not anymore" option since many acts have already crossed from underground to mainstream.
question 3 should have an option "before 2000" 
in question 9 perhaps you should also differentiate between f.e. small forest parties and outdoor festivals + club evenings and bigger indoor events?

you are rigth Outolintu, about second question, should be a "not anymore" option.
And about the third question I put in the early 2000 because is when the psytrance takes definitively over from goa-trance, Style that for my was the most innovative and underground, but it's miles away to what it is today the psytrance scene.(except the artists who produce the new-age goatrance)
Because of it I believe that it is the music that towards at the beginning of 2000 is the one that gave course to what it is the psytrance nowadays,and with which comparisons can be made.
