Depending on which parties you go to here in Denmark, you will see a lot of tatoos.
Basicly well built men (some steroid enhanced), and always tribal tatoos... I cant even remember seeing anything but a tribal pattern in that context.
Its fashion.
When I was in the army, the others in my unit wanted us to get the unit logo tatooed, which was an attack chopper caught in the crosshairs of our missile firing system.
Im sure glad I didnt go with the flow and got one hahaha.
Some tatoos are cool yeah, but mass produced ones, are more like barcodes on beef.

two things:
1. i once saw a photo of a guy with the shpongle mask tatooed on his back which i thought was the lamest thing ever...
2. i have a good friend who went througha VERY heavy "psy" phase and had a massive tatoo of a a pixie style castle on her belly. she then decided she hated psy after having a terrible trip where she decided the whole scene was fake and contrived and about as alternative as toast, make of that what you will. she then became a complete techno head, ie: czech tech style NOT minimal/intelligent, where as you probably know "psy trance" is generally seen as the lamest music style since boy bands came into existence, i don't know how she deals with this permanent reminder of her "psy" past but let that serve as a warning to anyone thinking of going down the massive statement tatoo path...still love her to pieces though...

i dont think that tattoos spoil the skin ..it depends whats the tattoo like...i have 3 already and i like them so much  i m proud of my tattoos ! hehehe

like mentioned in the thread...its everywhere ull find tattoos.. in my last yr of uni.. we were like 80 ppl in our dept and out of which like 40 girls were inked... and maybe 6 guys...
out of these mayb 5 including myself are in the "psy-scene".
it's just a form of self-expression...like the clothes u wear or the hairstyle u choose...
i have 5 tattoos.. 1 which i did myself
did psy ever influence them? not really..
one's a lizard and and the othr a crown... both in memory of jim morrison
