PsyTektonics:
A psychedelic trance monthly in Cleveland, Ohio
Saturday August 27
(kin 136: Yellow Rhythmic Warrior)
This is a new experiment taking place at
the Abbasso Lounge, following in the
footsteps of our friends at Headrush Music
and Plate Tectonics, Goahead will
bring you all forms of psychedelic trance
and chillout/ambient/dub music.
The lineup:
Malachi will start the evening off with chillout/Dub/Ambient sounds
Meghan will pick up the pace with psychedelic progressive vibes
Ari D will bring it home and get inside your head crop circles style.
This event is free, donations for dj's accepted
21 and over
10pm - atleast 2:30 a.m, maybe longer depending on the turnout.
Abbasso Lounge
1222 Prospect Ave, downtown Cleveland
*** The street level Bottom's Up bar will be closed. Enter off
Bolivar Rd across from Gray's Armory and go down the steps...***

Thanks! I only wish that we didn't have
to make it 21 and over. We are working
on possibly doing a night at this goth
club called the chamber in Lakewood also.
That would be a great place for some
very dark twisted psy!

nice to see things picking up in my home town.
and, damn... i think i've been to the chamber before!
last time i was in town after a cousin's wedding...
neat little space there, if i'm thinking of the correct venue..

very sad I missed this, as I was doing nothing all weekend. I guess I just glazed over the post. Hopefully this event was a success and we can look forward to more in the future. |

The night went very well. We had a great
turnout considering we didn't do much
promoting for this. The dancefloor was
full all night. People were pleasantly
suprised to see some Goahead deco up
in there also! Ari and Meghan were
servin up the psychedelic blueberry
pancakes!! Very tasty!! It looks like
the next one will be on a Friday in
October. This event will be moving to
Fridays. We are still working on getting
a dark psy night going at the Chamber
sometime in the near future also.
